The young scientist contest is a traditional meeting by the IAS annually to provide the needs how to strengthen our scientific manpower. The English presentation is required to meet the demand of the turning point of further Vietnam agriculture. Recently, the southern agriculture has emerged as one of the leading exported agro-food commodities. It is among the top five in the world for aquatic products, rice, coffee, tea, cashews, black pepper, rubber, and cassava. Today, farmers improve their crop production through the use of global positioning systems with the emphasis on “smart agriculture”. Our young scientists are accessing the fourth technology revolution in the world, with the emphasis on new tools, which are concerning to “smart farming”.
The contest is started at 8:00 am, room 107, 121 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
